Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns will be accepted for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Products must be returned within 21 days from the date of purchase.

Non-Eligible Items:

Opened or partially used products are not eligible for returns. Customized or specially manufactured products cannot be returned, unless due to manufacturing defects.

Return Process:

Prior to returning, please contact our customer support team at support@enhancedbrands.com to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization. The product must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of the original purchase receipt or invoice with the returned product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to returns for eligible products. This fee aims to cover the costs associated with restocking, inspection, and processing. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or credit issued for the returned product, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Refunds and Credits:

Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund within 2-4 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. If a return is authorized for store credit, a credit will be issued to be used towards future purchases.

Exceptions:

In the case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Please note that this return policy is subject to change without prior notice.
